Obama-GUY!

So I've been thinking about the democrats today. Well, I know how you like those liberals, especially the activist ones. Don't worry, the democrats will fuck it up again like they did the last 2 elections. All the bullshit about Florida in 2000 was great, except that if Al Gore had won his own fucking state he would have been president regardless of who won Florida. I'm not even spelling democrat with a capital "d" anymore. I hate the war, but I guess the bright side of McCain coasting into the White House will be that those Bush tax cuts for the "rich" will still be around and will actually kinda help me now that I'm making a respectable salary. I'm going to need that since pretty soon the dollar is going to be worth as much as the yen or peso given the ill will that is directed the US by most of the world right now. Anyway, so yeah I am here, loving it, doing a lot of work and still looking for a place. I am supposed to look at a couple a apartments in SOMA/Embarcadero this weekend. The funny thing is I could actually stay in a 3 star hotel for about the same amount that I would be paying for rent and a maid. And I don't have to wash my own dishes! Once I do get a place though, I think I will get a Himalayan cat if they allow it. I want to be walking distance from my office. Walking distance for the cat.
